Terms of Business
Reports supplied by Risk Analysis (Channel Islands) Limited
trading as KYC offshore, are for the benefit and exclusive use
of the addressee of such reports. They are supplied in absolute
confidence and may not be disclosed in part or in full, orally
or in writing to any person or body corporate without the prior
written consent of KYC offshore. These reports are supplied
upon the express condition that in the event of any disclosure
to a third party without the express prior written permission
of KYC offshore the addressee shall indemnify and keep indemnified
and held harmless, KYC offshore in respect of any and all costs,
claims, demands and liabilities howsoever arising including
consequential loss and loss of profits.
Whilst KYC offshore uses its reasonable endeavours to ensure
